Volunteering

Our library is heavily supported by volunteers ... won't you join us? We can always use additional help and expertise, from shelving books to helping with events like the Annual Book Sale.

Donations

We do our best to stock the shelves with current and classic fiction and non-fiction, movies, and audiobooks, among other things. And we are always happy to accept donations of new or gently used items to help keep the shelves interesting (and keep our budget in line)!

If we can't use donated items on the shelves, we'll happily add them to our annual book sale inventory, which is our major fundraising event and directly benefits the library.

Please note, however, that we do not accept Reader's Digest Condensed Books, seriously outdated encyclopedia sets, or magazines.

Spreading the Word

Help us spread the word that Grapeland has a terrific library! We are ready and waiting to provide research and entertainment services, internet and wi-fi access, meeting space, and lots more to Grapeland-area residents and friends ... including you!
